Trullo Principessa is embedded in a 16'000m2 large property in the middle of Olive- and fruit trees. This traditional holiday home is fully furnished and equipped with necessary to meet the requirements of our guest. Thanks to the large glass windows/doors the interior is floated with lot's of natural light. In the night, discreetly placed lights give a nice and romantic ambiente. The big, covered patio with bench , dining table and fire place is basically the extended living room from Spring to Autumn with "al fresco" dining. From there one has a wonderful and calming view over Olive groves to the see.
The specifically selected "arte povera" furnishings underlines the unique Trullo-ambiente. There is also a little pool with a sun terrace and deckchairs.
Trullo Principessa has its own access road with private parking. The parking lot is covered with solar panels.
Trullo Principessa is the ideal holiday location for animal/cat lovers. There are a few free-roaming cats on the property.

Trullo Principessa is located at the outskirts of Ostuni. In a only 10 min walk you reach the historic old town, the city center with the many authentic cafe's,restaurants,boutiques and markets. Despite the proximity of the city, the location of the property is very quiet , almost remote. Beautful beaches are just a few km away.

But the lush garden with the pool is also ideal to just relax, wind down and recharge the batteries.
Coming from the "superstada" SS379 , take exit "Ostuni-Villanova" then the SP20 towards Ostuni. Ca. 300m after the 6th round about there is a little road on the left with red letter boxes. (city of Ostuni on the left). Take that road and after ca. 300m ( unpaved road ) there is a green fence on the right with a ivory door to the property.
