This luxurious holiday home is just 200 meters from the miles-long sandy beach.
The house offers everything you could wish for. It is large (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 terraces, and a large garden) and very comfortable and tastefully furnished. The entire house has wooden flooring. It exudes a warm atmosphere and you have a fantastic and unobstructed view of the dunes and the "Vredenskerkje".
You'll be at the beach in no time! Enjoy a glass of wine and the excellent food at one of the beautiful beach pavilions. Enjoy the wonderful tranquility at and around the house.

Middle floor: Entrance area, living room with kitchen and dining area, separate toilet, access to the terrace.
Upper floor: 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub, and toilet, 2 bedrooms
Lower floor: 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub, and toilet, 2 bedrooms, one of which has a door to the terrace

In spring, the tulip fields near Egmond are in bloom - a beautiful natural spectacle.
The fantastic shopping city of Alkmaar is not far away, and from there you can take a train to Amsterdam in about 35 minutes, arriving right in the center.
Bergen aan Zee: with its many kilometers of clean sandy beaches, you can walk endlessly along the tide line. It's beautiful in every season!
