Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made in writing. The following terms apply: In case of cancellation, 90 % of the rental price will be charged unless the apartment can be successfully rebooked. The cancellation fee is based solely on the rental price, excluding any additional services. If the property is rebooked, no cancellation fees will apply. In case of no-show without prior notice, 100 % of the rental price will be charged. We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to cover any unexpected changes to your plans.

Getting there

Arrival at the Inselglück Apartment on Langeoog Address: An den Hecken 8, 26465 Langeoog By Car & Ferry: Take the A29 to Wilhelmshaven/Oldenburg, then B210 towards Wilhelmshaven. Continue to Bensersiel ferry terminal. Parking available for a fee. By Train & Ferry: Take the train to Esens, then bus or taxi to the Bensersiel ferry terminal. The ferry takes you to the car-free island of Langeoog. From Langeoog train station to the apartment (approx. 6 minutes on foot): Follow Hafenstraße, turn right after about 100 m onto Jakob-Pauls-Weg. After about 125 m, turn left into An den Hecken street and continue straight for about 75 m. The apartment is on the right side. Tip: Luggage service Heyken is available at the station (fee applies).
