There is a bar and restaurant within five minutes walk of the house, And in summer, a local market and butcher and bakery all within walking distance. Further field are the lovely market towns of Portbail and Barneville-Carteret With a good selection of shops and restaurants. Day trips to Mont st. Michel, Cal Hague and Bayeux are also recommended.

Wir waren in den Osterferien erste Gäste nach der Renovierung der Ferienwohnung und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Ankommen und der Urlaub hatte begonnen. Sehr schön geschnittene, geräumige Ferienwohnung mit passender Einrichtung, ruhige Lage und das Meer und der Strand keine 400m entfernt. Der Garten komplett eingezäunt und mit schönen Ecken zum blick-und windgeschützten Sitzen. Selbst das Wetter hat uns verwöhnt. Von uns fünf Sterne. Bis jetzt noch ein echter Geheimtipp, das wird aber sicher nicht so bleiben!
