Holiday destination
Domburg is a well-known seaside resort in Zeeland. It has a cozy center with many shops, restaurants, galleries, and terraces. Domburg boasts a beautiful beach and clean seawater. The surrounding area is very picturesque and offers plenty of opportunities for hiking and cycling. Due to its central location, Domburg is particularly suitable for day trips by bike to the Delta Works and the storm surge barrier in the Oosterschelde or the old towns of Veere, Middelburg, and Vlissingen.
Getting there
From Aachen/Cologne: take the Belgian motorway towards Antwerp, follow "Ring 2" then towards Bergen op Zoom/Netherlands, then follow the direction signs to Middelburg-Domburg. From Düsseldorf: motorway via Mönchengladbach to the border before Venlo - motorway straight through to Eindhoven-Breda-Middelburg - Domburg.

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung super gefallen. Die Betten waren nicht 100% aber es war so ruhig da machte das nicht viel aus. So zentral und so ruhig ist schon toll Zudem war es sehr sauber. Wenn wir fragen hatten wurden die sofort beantwortet. Wir werden wieder dieses Appartement buchen

Wohnung war auf den ersten Blick super. Leider war die Ausstattung der Küche sehr schlecht, alles zusammengewürfelt. Es fehlten Untertassen, tiefe Teller, das Besteck war nicht vollständig. Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat, waren die Betten mit den Matratzen. Sie waren so durchgelegen. Ich habe von der ersten Nacht auf dem Boden geschlafen. Boxspringbetten waren das nicht. Sogar unser großer Sohn (19) beklagte sich nach 2 Nächten. Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist, ich musste zuhause erst einmal einen Physiotherapeuten aufsuchen. Das geht gar nicht, das war keine Erholung, die man sich um Urlaub verspricht. Es wurde als Luxus Unterkunft angepriesen!! Geht gar nicht! Positiv war die Strandkabine, die kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt wurde und natürlich der Parkausweis.
