The apartment is part of the exclusive complex of Capo Falcone Charming Apartments. The complex is divided into 5 blocks in which the apartments can be on the ground floor with terrace or first floor with balcony.
The accomodation features a living room with an equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed, double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It also offers various amenities such as kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, induction hobs, TV, hairdryer, one beach umbrella and air conditioning.

Check-in is from 17:00 to 20:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated by all guests at the confirmation of booking and, then the reception office must be contacted in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Without prior communication, check-in is not guaranteed and an additional fee of €50.00 may be charged as a penalty. Check-out is from 09:00 to 10:00. Guests' phone number is required.
