Feel at home in a house with a personal atmosphere. Our facility is especially family-friendly, situated in a quiet location, surrounded by greenery, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, restaurants, tennis courts, golf course, riding stables, mini-golf, and more.
Particularly on the approximately 1.5 km distant western shore of the lake, you will find bars, restaurants, clubs, and everything that promises a vibrant nightlife.
Traveling along the A2 Südautobahn, take the exit for Völkermarkt or Grafenstein and follow the signs towards Klopeiner See or St. Kanzian. We are happy to provide you with information tailored to your specific route upon request.

Cancellation:
Up to 3 months: no cancellation fee.
3 months to 1 month: 40% of the total arrangement price.
1 month to 1 week: 70% of the total arrangement price.
In the last week: 90% of the total arrangement price.
In case of early departure or late arrival, we will charge the entire (full)
arrangement price for the agreed rental period!
A deposit will be agreed upon request according to the booking period.
