The villa is set on two floors. The ground floor is composed of a kitchen with direct access to the outside, a service bathroom, a large living area with dining table, sofas and TV area which leads to an external gazebo equipped with tables, chairs and sunbeds to enjoy maximum relaxation with a panoramic view. On the first floor, accessible both via an internal and external staircase, there are four double bedrooms, two of which with en suite bathroom with shower, a bedroom with French bed and a bathroom with shower. The villa is located in a hilly position with a vast view over the surrounding hills and offers its guests a large swimming pool with solarium area, a gazebo equipped with tables, chairs and sunbeds and a portable barbecue. The property is entirely fenced. Air conditioning available in the two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

Bevagna is a medieval village rich in traditions and events. Every year, in the last 10 days of June, the ‘Il Mercato delle Gaite’ event takes place along the streets of the town. With a dive into the past, typical medieval days are recalled with the setting up of craft workshops, the re-enactment of traditional activities and games and the creation of period clothing. Ancient dishes and drinks are served on the tables set up for the occasion, with a background of medieval music throughout the entire event.
The main attractions to visit include the square Piazza Silvestri with the building Palazzo dei Consoli, the Church of San Michele Arcangelo and the local Museum of Bevagna. In the surroundings of the village the cellars are open to visitors, who can walk along the vineyards, taste wines and typical products.
Widely recognized by the association of the “Most beautiful villages in Italy“, Bevagna represents an unmissable destination to be captured by the medieval charm of its numerous churches. The village is surrounded by expanses of cultivated fields, vineyards and olive trees that offer a fascinating natural panorama. At a short distance from the villa there are other pretty towns such as Rasiglia, Spello, Montefalco, Trevi, Foligno, Assisi, Perugia and Gubbio perfect for pleasant daily trips.
