The villa is set in a dominant position and allows you to easily reach the center of Foligno, one of the main Umbrian cities characterized by a combination of art, history and culture. Built entirely of stone bricks, Villa Adrana is surrounded by a pristine nature perfect to spend relaxing and peaceful holidays in the countryside of Umbria.
The villa is on two floors. The ground floor includes a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a large living room with dining area and sofa bed that gives access through French doors to two porches, one at the front of the villa with tables and chairs for al fresco dining and one at the back equipped with Jacuzzi. An internal staircase leads to the first floor composed of three double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms. The property is entirely fenced-in.
At the guests’ disposal a swimming pool (Pool: 10 x 5 - Depth: 1,25 - Opening Period: 26/04 - 04/10) for exclusive use with mosaic covering and Roman steps entrance which guarantees safety and comfort even for the little ones, a Jacuzzi, an outdoor relaxation area with sofas, a porch with tables and chairs, a barbecue for pleasant summer parties. The villa allows a maximum of two pets.

The Palio of San Bernardino is certainly among the unmissable events of Valtopina. Every year, between 29th June and 3rd July, this historical event of a medieval nature takes place with artisan workshops, markets, historical processions and competitions between districts in an atmosphere of music and celebration. For fans of fabrics and embroidery, in the month of September, Italian and foreign exhibitors travel to Valtopina to show their creations during the Hand Embroidery and Textile Exhibition. During the event it is possible to take part in conferences, exhibitions, book presentations but also workshops dedicated to children.
Located at the foot of Subasio mount, the village of Valtopina represents the starting point for many hiking routes immersed in nature. Starting from Valtopina some of the most popular cities of Umbria can be reached such as Nocera Umbra, Spello, Assisi, Foligno, Rasiglia, Perugia, Gubbio.

– 80 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 29 and 15 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 100 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 14 days prior to the first day of the stay
