You can reach the village in 5-10 minutes on foot. There's a natural bathing lake and horse riding and you can play tennis and golf at the Stanglwirt, our neighbours.
And you're right by the cross-country ski trail and the winter hiking route in winter.
Wilder Kaiser-Brixental - the largest continuous ski area, bus stop for the free ski bus near the house, around 5 minutes to the ski lifts.
