Holiday destination
Quiet, sunny location at 1550 m above sea level on a sun-drenched plateau. Snow reliability in winter, very nice cross-country skiing area and ski resort.
In summer, it's a good starting point for hikes and mountain tours, with Tyrol's largest waterfall about a 10-minute walk from our house. Surrounded by meadows and mountains, you can enjoy pure nature in peace and without noise with us!
Getting there
Our house is located in Niederthai, 6km above Umhausen. In Niederthai, pass the church, turn right at the information office towards Falknerhof, pass the ski school and continue straight ahead until you reach the fountain, then turn slightly right and you will find us.

Wir hatten einen Traumurlaub in einem sehr schönen und voll ausgestatteten Apartment Melanie. Niederthai auf 1550 Meter ist ein sehr schöner romantischer und idyllischer Ort von dem man das Ötztal perfekt erkunden kann. Vielen lieben Dank auch für die tolle Gastfreundschaft von Karin und Reini wir werden auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wiederkommen da dieses Jahr die Zeit leider zu kurz war um alles zu sehen und zu erwandern
