Die Gesamtanlage wirkt schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, gerade viele Spielgeräte auf dem Spielplatz sowie die Tischtennisplatte und der Fußballplatz (Rasen, Tornetze) sind bei näherem hinsehen und echtem Gebrauch leider oft völlig kaputt. Haus, Terrasse und Garten im Haus 7 sind sehr abgewohnt, die Aussenfassade nicht einladend. Die Möbel schliessen schlecht und fallen oft fast auseinander, die Holzterrasse hat große Kerben und ist barfuß nicht benutzbar, auch der Rasen ist ein Acker. Wir hatten nach einer Woche in der Küche starken Ameisenbefall. Der Hausmeisterservice war zwar mehrfach schnell da und ansprechbar, fand aber keine schnelle Lösung. Es gab keine Waschmaschine, trotz Erwähnung in unserer Buchungsbeschreibung. Alles in allem ist das Personal schon bemüht, es fehlt aber an allen Ecken und Enden und es benötigt zum Erhalt dringend größere Investition. Wir haben keine riesigen Erwartungen, hatten aber schon sehr viel bessere Häuser in anderen Urlaubsregionen in Deutschland. Die Angebote in der Region und der ÖPNV und die Gastronomie sind hier aber top!
