Welcome to Villa Badi, a beautiful holiday home situated in the peaceful surroundings of Malinska, just a few minutes' walk from the nearest beach. This spacious, fully detached house is perfect for families or groups of friends, as it can accommodate up to five people. One of its main features is a private pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, where you can enjoy the sun and complete privacy.
As you step onto the covered terrace, you'll immediately feel relaxed and at home. This area provides a cozy spot for socializing and dining outdoors. Here, you can prepare meals on the barbecue and enjoy long summer evenings, surrounded by the scents of the sea and nature. The entire property is fenced with a high hedge, ensuring total privacy and security.
Upon entering the house, a welcoming hallway leads you to the living area, where a comfortable sofa awaits, perfect for relaxing while watching TV on the flat-screen television with satellite channels. On cooler days, you can light a fire in the fireplace, adding warmth and a cozy atmosphere to the space.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped for preparing meals, featuring all the necessary appliances such as a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, and a coffee machine. In addition to the kitchen, there is also a separate toilet on the ground floor, providing extra convenience, especially when hosting multiple guests.
Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms.
