Built in 1963 the house was reconstructed in spring 2013 and provides comfort at 120 m² with three bedrooms.
A high-class kitchen, a completely paled garden with agility elements, BBQ and furnitures as well as a huge sauna and a chimney help to hang loose. Some books and board games make it perfect.
For exploring the surroundings, bicycles as well as a trailer (for children or smaller dogs) can be used at no charge.
There is the possibility for guests who like fishing to fish directly from the premises. The accordant approval of the local fishing club is included to the prive. Our guests are able to smoke the catch direcly in a special oven.

The house in Margens is located in the middle of northern East Frisia and is 2 km in the East of Esens, one of the nicest original cities in East Frisia.
The towns Bensersiel (5 km) and Neuharlingersiel (8 km) are fast to arrive. From these cities ships ferry to the islands Langeoog and Spiekeroog.
The landscape is originally and tempts to long-termed walks and bicycle tours; unbroken surfaces make bicyle tours for the whole family possible.
Bigger towns in the area are Wittmund and Jever.
