Cancellation policy
If a client wishes to cancel their booking, they should immediately notify Homerti by both calling and writing. If a guest cancels a booking, the agency will apply the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation more than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of the rental fee.
If the client decides to leave the property after checking in and before the rental period has ended, no refund of the rental fee will be provided.

The house is located on the outskirts of the village, and all services are relatively close by: supermarkets, bars, restaurants and small shops for an independent stay. In Algaida the market day is on Fridays, and there you can take the opportunity to buy products from the local market garden. You can also take the opportunity to stroll through the centre and discover a typical Mallorcan village. From Algaida you can visit other wonderful villages such as Montuiri and Randa. The nearest beach is Arenal in Palma, with a great atmosphere, but you can also visit other beautiful beaches such as Cala Pi or Es Trenc. If you are golf lovers, the nearest golf course is only 15 km away.
