Villa Giovanni Maria is located in Labin, a small town on the east coast of Istria with a rich history. In the fully fenced garden, guests have at their disposal a swimming pool, sun loungers, shower, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, seating, several parking spaces and a garage.

Villa Giovanni Maria consists of a ground floor with a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. On the first floor of the house there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a room in the hallway suitable for two children. All rooms of the house are air-conditioned.

Groups of young people under 26 years of age are expressly not permitted.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr angenehm. Das Haus war sauber, mit Pool und Outdoor Küche. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, ca. 1 km zu den Geschäften und Tankstelle. Wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen. (FeWo)

En perle. Veludstyret villa (3 masterbedrooms helt klimatiseret) veludstyret poolomrade (liggestole med poolhandklader parasoller udendors bruser) og super lakkert overdakket sommerkokken med gasgrill koleskab plus alt det lose. Dejlige varter som holder sig for sig selv men er der nar man sporger dem om noget. Det bedste af det hele er at man ikke behover starte bilen for at handle da supermarkeder ligger pa 15 minutters gaafstand fra villaen. Byen Labin ligger halv time fra villaen. Vi manglede absolut ingenting og var meget tilfredse med opholdet.
