Holiday destination
Dream location in southwest Cape Coral, right on the canal with short boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. Last exit on the canal just before the Gulf of Mexico, no lock. Sanibel by boat, 1h. Oversized property measuring 15,000sqft and cut off from the cultivated neighbourhood, huge palm garden. Quiet side street. Private dock with boat & 2 jet skis, tiki hut and beach chairs. 2 twin kayaks for reaching Lake Finisterre from in front of the villa in 5 minutes.
Getting there
From the Southwest Florida International Airport: Follow Terminal Access Road out of the airport area. After 1.6 miles, turn right onto Treeline Ave south, then left after 2.5 miles onto Daniels Pkwy and follow for 5.5 miles west until Hwy 41 becomes Cypress Lake Drive. After another 1.6 miles at Winkler Road, turn right and follow for 0.7 miles and turn left onto College Pkwy. This goes over the toll bridge to the Cape Coral Pkwy. This will take you, after just under 6 miles, to Skyline Blvd, where you turn right. After just 0.5 miles, turn left onto 44th Street, which becomes 44th Ave. At this point, turn left for the destination.

Wir verbrachten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der perfekt eingerichteten Villa Coral Laguna. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind in einem top Zustand und werden vom Besitzer liebevoll gepflegt. Es hatte alles und noch mehr was zu einem komfortablen Aufenthalt beigetragen hat. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Silvi war sehr freundlich und super professionell. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in diesem Haus und haben uns wunderbar erholt. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank.

Die Villa ist traumhaft schön, perfekte Lage direkt am Kanal. Sehr ruhig. Herr H. ist außerordentlich bemüht und kümmert sich um jedes Detail. Man spürt sofort das die Besitzer sehr viel Liebe und Energie in das Objekt stecken und die Villa nicht nur als Objekt zum vermieten sehen. Toller Urlaub. Die Familie war begeistert!! Können die Villa nur wärmstens empfehlen.
