If a contract is canceled, the following costs will be charged by Rentals Egmond:
the owed fee plus:
if canceled up to the 42nd calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: the deposit;
if canceled from the 42nd calendar day (inclusive) to the 28th calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: 60% of the gross rental price;
if canceled from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) until the arrival date: 90% of the gross rental price;
if canceled on the arrival date or later: the full gross rental price;
if canceled during the stay: the full gross rental price including all surcharges.

Getting there
From Germany, take the A12 towards Arnhem, Utrecht.
At Utrecht, take the A2 towards Amsterdam.
After about 25 km, take the A9 towards Amstelveen and then after 20 km continue on the A9 towards Alkmaar.
Then take the exit for Alkmaar/Heiloo, 3/4 of the roundabout towards Heiloo and then Egmond. Continue following the signs for Egmond aan Zee.
Drive along the boulevard by the sea.

Der Ulaub in Egmond hat uns sehr gut gefallen,Wir waren 3.Wochen im Sterflat 61.Sehr schöne Wohnung,wo man sich wohllfühlen kann.Alles einwandfrei.Einrichtung und Sauberkeit Klasse.Die Lage ist einfach toll.Man hat vom Balkon einen herrlichen Blick auf die Nordsee!....Was will man mehr!....

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung super gefallen, alles war sehr sehr sauber und die Küche voll ausgestattet was wirklich gut war. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Mit eigener Tiefgarage wirklich sehr praktisch. Egmond aan Zee ist eine kleine aber wirklich schöne Stadt. Und die Wohnung TOP!
