In the event of cancellation of the booking, the tenant undertakes to pay 20% to the landlord up to 2 months before the start of the rental period. In case of cancellation of the booking up to 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, the tenant undertakes to pay the landlord 50% of the total price. In case of cancellation from 14 days before the start of the rental period, the tenant undertakes to pay the landlord 80% of the total price. The Seiband apartment is located in the idyllic surroundings of Akams near Immenstadt, surrounded by meadows and with beautiful mountain views. The region offers a wide range of holiday opportunities all year round: hiking in the Nagelfluhkette Nature Park and water sports at the Großer Alpsee in summer, as well as cross-country skiing in Diepolz and tobogganing on the 5.5 km long natural toboggan run at noon in winter.
