Cancellation policy
It is advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance. For cancellations up to 4 weeks before the arrival date I charge 80% of the tour price, for cancellations of shorter notice 100% ( minus consumption costs for water and electricity). Please inform me as soon as possible, if you want to cancel, I will advertise the property last minute and send you the invoice minus the amount of the new guests.

Comments
I provide 3 baby beds and 2 baby high chairs free of charge. Price for children: 5 to 12 years 50% of the regular room rate. Children up to 4 years are free of charge. I will provide you with cots and high chairs. Minimum occupancy for the whole house; 10 persons. For a smaller number of persons please send us an inquiry By e-mail. I look forward to welcoming you as my guests on the Moselle. 8 guests are possible for a stay of at least 7 nights or during the middle of the week. My holiday home is suitable for professional purposes, for meetings and as a home office. Free WIFI Here you will find optimal privacy. In my house, guests can spread out over 200 square metres.

In spring when everything is green and in bloom, in summer when the sun lets the grapes ripen, in autumn when the winegrowers bring in their harvest and in winter when you can still enjoy beautiful walks along the Moselle. Holiday destination
Holiday home on the Middle Moselle. Those interested in nature and culture are sure to get their money's worth here. Hiking along the Moselle, the Moselsteig and the Römersteig, cycling, visiting our wine and street festivals. Restaurants, grocery stores and bakery in the immediate vicinity. Medieval towns of Bernkastel-Kues and Cochem, Roman town and bishopric Trier; the oldest diocese in Germany. The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Volcanic Eifel with the Maars, Idar-Oberstein, the world-famous gemstone city.
Getting there
Take the A1 exit Salmtal/Klausen/Piesport. By train, Wittlich-Wengerohr station. Ryanair Frankfurt-Hahn Airport. Good bus connection to Bernkastel-Kues and Trier.

Der kurze Weg zur Mosel hat und mega begeistert vor allem da unsere kleinen Kinder immer was zu sehen hatten. Egal ob Boote, Enten,.... und ein Spielplatz ist auch um die Ecke einfach genial :) Die Wohnung/Haus ist vollwertig eingerichtet und für große Familien einfach praktisch. Die kleine Terasse mit Garten hat zum chillen und gemütlichen beisammen sein eingeladen, auch zum Grillen ist alles da was man braucht. Es ist ruhig gelegen und man ist für sich.

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft. Meine Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gute Aufteilung der Räume. Für 12 Personen hatten wir 6 Doppelschlafzimmer, 5 Bäder und 7 Toiletten zur Verfügung. Ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein großes Esszimmer. Die Küche im Ferienhaus ist komplett ausgestattet. Positiv zu bewerten ist auch der Garten mit Gartenmöbel und Grill. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
