Booking conditions
The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments:
1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking
2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival.
The booking can only be canceled in writing.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Es war ein sehr schönes Haus.... uns hat es sehr gefallen.
Es gab nur ein paar Kleine Sachen....... leider war der Grill sehr schmutzig,also haben wir ihn nicht genutzt.Aussendusche am Pool funktionierte nicht.Einige Küchengeräte waren nicht sauber und unter Couch etc wurde lange nicht geputzt.
