Cancellation policy
For cancellations, we have the following policy:
up to 30 days before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price will be charged;
from 29 to 15 days before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price will be charged;
from 14 to 8 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price will be charged;
from 7 to 1 day before the start of the trip, 80% of the rental price will be charged;
in case of no-show, 95% of the rental price will be forfeited.
We recommend all our guests to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Over 1000 km of hiking trails invite you to mountain hiking or just for a stroll.
Holiday destination
The house is located on the western, sunny side of the island, which is rightly called 'the beautiful' or 'the green island'. It is a detached house, away from the road yet not isolated. Just 4 km away, you can find a variety of shopping options in the town of Los Llanos or in the village of El Paso. And very close by is one of the best restaurants on the island, Tasca Catalina, which has already been recommended in Essen & Trinken!
Getting there
Condor and Airberlin fly to La Palma from various German airports.
Iberia offers direct flights from Madrid to La Palma. You can also travel via Gran Canaria or Tenerife and from there with the Canary airline Binter.

Wir haben 2 Wochen im Juli im el morrito verbracht. Für uns war es perfekt. Eine extrem coole Location.
Tolle Lage, tolle Ausstattung, tolle Betten, tolle verschiedene Terrassen, tolle Grillecke mit Wasseranschluss, netter kleiner Pool, super Aussendusche., ein wunderschöner palmerischer Garten, ein wunderschöner Wintergarten.
Als Bonbon noch sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieter.

Wir können Fam. Gehrmann nur Urlauber wünschen, die es auch zu schätzen wissen, dass einem als Gast so ein Urlaubsdomizil überlassen wird.
Es ist immer mit einem gewissen Risiko verbunden,eine sehr gute Bewertung abzugeben,
da sich die Zahl möglicher Interessenten erhöht und damit die Wahrscheinlichkeit,das Haus zum eigenen gewünschten Termin beziehen zu können,kleiner wird.
Also wir haben in diesem Haus eine traumhafte Woche verlebt.
Die Kritik am Mobiliar und der Einrichtung halten wir für völlig unangemessen,da dieses Haus nicht den Anspruch stellt,den Designpreis 2020 zu erhalten bzw. sich im High-End Bereich der Digitalisierung bewegen zu wollen.
Fazit : es war wunderschön
