The house provides enough space for a maximum of 24 guests. The quoted prices per person and night are for the booking of the whole house with 24 persons. You can also rent in sections for 4/12/16/20 or 24 persons, the price slightly varies in this case. The 3 holiday apartments for 4 people costs 80.- € per unit during low season, 98.- € during main season.

Special features
The yoga room (60 m²) is very popular amongst our guests. You can do some workshops, therapeutic sessions, yoga and t'ai chi here. If the weather is bad, there is a "Bad-Weather-Trailer" for children available to play...

Have your meals at the apple orchard read on the lawn, make music, experience different herbs, sit around the camp-fire, watch an instrument maker at his work, swing the hammock and relax! Do yoga or some workshops. Everything else is possible in the near vicinity.
Holiday destination
The Holthof is idyllically located in a huge garden (30,000 m²) with old trees between the seaside resorts Rerik and Kühlungsborn, approx. 3 km from the Baltic Sea. You will find a relaxing atmosphere and silence, but "civilisation" and the sea are nevertheless not too far away. You can purchase everything your heart desires in Kühlungsborn which is 5 km away from here. Warnemünde is about 25 km from here and Wismar 30 km. It takes about 3 hours by car from Berlin to get here, about 1.5 hours from Hamburg. There are a horse ranch, jogging trails around the house and a nice sauna in about 1.5 km distance - besides the wonderful silence and nature in the surroundings! The Holthof is a perfect place for nature lovers to spend their holiday at the sea!
Getting there
You can reach the Holthof easily by car within 3 hours from Berlin and within 1.5 hours coming from Hamburg. Take motorway A 20 from Rostock or Lubeck and take the exit in Kröpelin towards Rerik (12 km), then turn right at the intersection after 10 km to Kühlungsborn. You'll see the entry sign for Wendelstorf after 100m, then turn left into "Plattenweg" and there we are at the end of the road. Welcome!

So ein wunderschöner Fleck Erde! Schon beim Betreten des Grundstücks konnte man spüren wie viel Liebe in jeden getanen Handgriff gelegt wurde. Das Grundstück mit den vielen kleinen Ecken lädt richtig zum Entspannen und Entschleunigen ein. Die Kinder hatten so viel Platz zum (sicheren!) herumtoben und haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Von der Ausstattung her fehlte es uns an nichts! Das Klima im Haus ist durch die Lehmwände einfach wunderbar! Wir haben die Woche dort sehr genossen und kommen definitiv wieder! Der Vermieter und das Personal vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen und geben ihr Bestes diesen Ort wirklich zu einem ganz besonderen zu machen! TOLLE ARBEIT!

Hallo Regine und Götz, vielleicht erinnert ihr Euch an noch. Ende der 90er/Anfang des 21.Jts habe ich schon bei Euch mehrmals gewohnt, komponiert und in der Werkstatt 2 Wochen Posaune geübt. Jetzt sehe ich, dass ihr verkaufen wollt. Ich wünsche Euch einen guten Betrag. Nicht nur dann hat sich die Arbeit für Euch sehr gelohnt.
