Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or e-mail). Cancellation is only valid if you have received confirmation within the period.
The following rules apply:
Cancellation up to 90 days before arrival: 15% of the total amount of the booking.
Cancellation from 90 days to 28 days before check-in: tenant owes a 30% deposit.
Cancellation from 28 days to 14 days before check-in: tenant owes 50%.
Cancellation from 14 days before arrival: tenant owes 100% of the total amount.
In case of no show or early departure: tenant owes the full rental amount.
In the event of cancellation on our part, any monies already paid will be refunded.
In the unlikely event that the object reserved by the tenant is or becomes unavailable, the landlord is entitled to make available to the tenant an equivalent or better replacement accommodation to be determined by the landlord. In that case, the tenant will never be able to sue the landlord.

At the holiday park you will find, among other facilities, a supermarket, various catering establishments, entertainment and the option to rent a bike.
Use of the swimming pool is not included in the rental price (due to changed parking regulations)
