Die Wohnung und die Lage ist sehr schön, aber die Vermieterin betritt regelmäßig in unserer Abwesenheit die Wohnung mit ihrem Schlüssel mit der Begründung die Blumen zu gießen. Wir haben sie darauf hingewiesen das wir die Blumen auch pflegen und gießen, aber sie betrat weiterhin die Wohnung ungefragt in unserer Abwesenheit.
Das verletzt die Privatsphäre. Sie meinte sie müsste regelmäßig unseren Müll wegräumen.
Vermietet ist vermieten Punkt.Wir kommen gerne wieder aber aus den genannten Gründen nicht in dieses Haus.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr gut ausgestattet, toller Blick durch große Fenster auf die Berge, nur ca. 100 m Entfernung von der Skipiste. Leider sind Bäcker und Lebensmittelladen fußläufig nicht gut zu erreichen, man kann aber am Ende eines Skitages mit Skiern dort einkaufen. Sehr saubere und gemütliche Wohnung und sehr nette Vermieter. Sollten wir nochmal nach Wolkenstein fahren, kommen wir bestimmt wieder

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete saubere und zentral gelegene schöne Ferienwohnung. Wir haben bereits unseren zweiten Urlaub bei Familie Perathoner verbracht und waren wieder äusserst zufrieden. Viele Wandermöglichkeiten zeichnen die tolle Gegend um Wokenstein aus.
Wir können die Wohnung nur bestens weiterempfehlen. Auch unsere beiden Vierbeiner haben sich äusserst wohl gefühlt.
