Our holiday apartment is located in the holiday house Wasserfallblick in Hochkimml at 1600m above sea level and is therefore reliable for snow.
Our holiday residence is equipped for up to 8 people.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms with three double beds and a sofa bed on the gallery, a living room/kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen counter, 4 burner stove, electric stove, fan, kitchenware, food processor.
In the bathroom and in the living-dining room we have installed underfloor heating for you. Please note that the apartment may only be entered wearing indoor slippers!!
In the beautiful area surrounding our house you will find ski lifts to the Gerlosplatte with access to the Zillertal Arena to Königsleiten, Gerlosund Zell/Ziller with its approx. 160 km of downhill runs to the house are available depending on snow conditions. Our trail is about 7km long and 250m from the house.
Ski slopes, cross-country ski runs, sleigh rides and walks offer a relaxing winter holiday for both young and old. Also ideal during the summer for families, or as a starting point for mountain hikes of all difficulty levels.

The distance to the ski lift, cross-country skiing trail, ski school and ski rental is approx. 250m. In summer it is an ideal starting point for hikes and alpine mountain excursions.
