The apartment is just a 15-minute walk from the old city center and 2 minutes away from the beaches.
The apartment is located in the green zone outside the city, 200 meters away from the lake coast and beach.
The apartment is the last one in the small settlement. From here, you can only see nature - meadows and pine forest. Families with children can play on the meadow in front of the house.
At the beach, there is a diving center, fitness area, playgrounds for volleyball and basketball, and you can rent bicycles or mopeds (500 m away).
Three restaurants with grills and a small shop (cakes, bread...) are 300 meters away.
A large shopping center (Plodine, Lidl, Konzum...) is 2 km away - in the direction of "Bale, Pula".
Getting there
Car: Head towards Croatia, city of Rovinj, towards the harbor (center), at the third roundabout take the first exit (towards camp Valalta and Amarin), at the crossroads after 300 m, go around to the left, then another 50 m – left, 100 m straight ahead until the end of the alley and then left for 50 m – Holiday home Laste 9a.
Airplane: The airport is located in the neighboring city of Pula; guests can reach Rovinj by taxi, bus, or rent-a-car.

Our motto is to be friendly to the guests, to show them the place where they will be staying during their vacation and to show them the possibilities of trips to the surroundings. Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Kroatien. Die Unterkunft hält genau das, was auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Eine großzügig geschnittene Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und eine tolle Lage. Ruhig, in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Bäcker und Strand fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso mehrere Restaurants. Kaufland, Lidl, DM usw. mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten entfernt, zu Fuß ca. 15 Min. Nach Rovinj in die Altstadt läuft man am Strand entlang auch ca. 15 Minuten. Die Kommunikation im Vorhinein via Mail mit Familie Kretscha war problemlos. Sie sind absolut unkomplizierte, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir danken herzlich und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war super. Für eine 4 köpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und neuwertig. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns gute Ausflugstips gegeben, die wir direkt umgesetzt haben. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt. In 5 Gehminuten ist man am Wasser und in ca 15 min direkt in Rovinj. Absolut empfehlenswert . Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub!
