Other recreational opportunities
Garmisch is a great starting point for excursions to the surroundings. You can see a flatter scenery and visit beautiful lakes if you go to the North towards Munich; towards the South, Italy and Austria are only a stone throw away.
Holiday destination
Our house is very central. It is only a 5-minute-walk from the town centre with good shops, town park, bus stop (free for tourism-card-holders) and the congress centre.
Right behind the house begins the romantic path following the River Partnach all the way through the town.
Hiking trails, cable cars, cross country tracks and ski lifts are easy to reach from our house.
Getting there
By car on the A95/B2 via Munich or on the A7/B23 via Ulm/Reute/Griesen.
Parking facilities are available in front of the house.
Munich and Innsbruck airports are 120km and 50km away respectively.
If you come by train, change to the regional train to Garmisch-Partenkirchen in Munich. Taxi-ride is about 5 minutes to our house.

Wir haben die FeWo als 3 köpfige Familie gebucht und waren begeistert. Im Schlafzimmer ist genug Platz um ein Reisebett unter zu bekommen. Ein Babybett kann auch von den Vermietern gestellt werden. Die Austattung ist absolut in Ordnung und die Lage top! Super Balkon zum entspannen. Wir haben uns jederzeit wohl gefühlt und würden auch wieder kommen.
Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung Chritl im ersten Stock. Waren mit Hund unterwegs. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Ob man Wandern, Radeln will. Eigendlich alles möglich. Jederzeit wieder Urlaub in Garmisch Partenkirchen.From Family Wöpe from Rostock · 24.04.2019

Die FeWo ist sauber und ordentlich. Gab keine Beanstandungen. Wir hatten von unserem Balkon eine wunderbare Aussicht. Auch der Balkon lud zum verweilen ein. Unser Hund fühlte sich sau wohl. Nette Gastgeberin. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in dieser Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend um sich auch alleine zu verpflegen. Wir können die FeWo nur empfehlen.
