The region Aquitaine offers more than 300 miles of marked and paved biking trails. In addition to that, there are excellent biking opportunities in the wide pine forest and the poorly frequented roads inland.
The region has also become a happy playground for golfers from all parts of Europe. Within 30 miles, there are 12 golf courses.
Holiday destination
Hossegor is a neat holiday resort which is located directly at the Atlantic coast. It has a beautiful, widespread and miles long sandy beach.
There is also the saltwater-lake Lac d‘Hossegor with low and high tide which is particularly appropriate for children and windsurfers.
Many kinds of sports are offered in Hossegor: Golf (18 holes), water ski, tennis, riding, surfing and many others. In the near surroundings are broad pine forests which are ideal for hiking and biking.
The neighbouring harbour of Capbreton with its sailboats and yachts, the casino and its shimmering nightlife have made out of Hossegor one of the most popular spots along the southern French Atlantic coast.

In dem kleinen Ferienhaus direkt gegenüber vom Strandaufgang La Graviere haben wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem und der kleine Garten lud zum Grillen und Chillen ein. Unser Teenager freute sich besonders über sein eigenes Reich auf der Hochebene und den kurzen Weg zum Strand und der Surfschule.
Das Zentrum von Hossegor mit seinen zahlreichen Geschäften und Restaurants ist nicht weit und insgesamt ist die Lage ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Region.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Haus liegt nur 50 Meter vom Strandaufgang La Graviere entfernt, nach Hossegor sind es zu Fuß 20 Minuten. Es ist wirklich gut und praktisch ausgestattet. Der nicht einsehbare Garten lädt zum Frühstück oder sonnenbaden ein. Die Vermieter, die nebenan wohnen, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Aber auch sehr dezent bzw. zurückhaltend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
