Ultra 22, a property from our Ultra-Tres complex, is located at Costa Calma, away from the hustle and bustle right on the 25 km long fine sandy beach, which invites you to bathe with its crystal-clear water.
All other water sports can also be practiced here. In Costa Calma, you will find all the options for shopping. Cozy restaurants and bars invite you to indulge your taste buds and linger.
Yet, you will still find peace and quiet here, away from the usual tourist commotion.
Getting there
It's best to rent a car directly at the airport in Puerto del Rosario, for example at www.cicar.com. This way, you'll easily find your way to your holiday home:
• From the airport, take the FV 2 towards Morro Jable.
• Follow the FV 2 for about 70 km until you reach Costa Calma.
• Take the Costa Calma OESTE (West) motorway exit, which is the 2nd exit for Costa Calma.
• Go straight through the roundabout in Costa Calma.
• At the roundabout after Costa Calma (gas station on the right), take the third exit.
• At the T-junction, turn immediately left (Avenida Jahn Reisen), then after 100 m turn right into the next street (Calle Playa de las Pilas).
• At the next T-junction, turn right again and follow Calle de los Molinos.
• After about 300 m, turn left into the 3rd street, Calle Risco Blanco.
• Ultra Tres is located right at the end of the street.

Wir haben einen wirklich wunderschönen Traumurlaub im Ultra Tres verlebt.
Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, die Wohnung war einsame spitze ausgestattet und es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit freundlich und hilfsbereit .Alles in allen werden wir hier auf jeden Fall wieder Urlaub buchen .
