If a client wishes to cancel their booking, they should immediately notify Homerti by both calling and writing. If a guest cancels a booking, the agency will apply the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation more than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of the rental fee.
If the client decides to leave the property after checking in and before the rental period has ended, no refund of the rental fee will be provided.

The villa is located in the countryside, but very well communicated since the train station is very near. The train to Palma usually has a 15 -30 minutes frequency. However, a car is necessary to visit the dreamy beaches in the north of Mallorca. Playa de Muro, Capellans, Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcudia or the natural beach of Son Serra de Marina are just a few options for those who love the sea. Can Picafort becomes a lively town during the summer, with lots of bars, beach bars, restaurants and some beach parties with live music. Muro, on the other hand, is a quiet village although with all services for your stay like, for example, a supermarket and a petrol station.
