Cancellation policy
If you cancel, you pay 90% cancellation costs (10% for unused bed and towels is deducted) without tourist tax and final cleaning. See the accommodation contract Article 535 of the Civil Code.
We recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation insurance.
If you cancel, we will immediately post a last minute advertisement and will report the cancellation to the local tourist information to be able to rent the apartment to other guests. The rental income will be deducted from the cancellation fee.

Our house is located on a 3000 m2 property in a rural
area with a view of the Berchtesgaden mountains just before the entrance to Berchtesgaden.
You can walk to Berchtesgaden in 25 minutes, Bischofswiesen can be reached on foot in 25 minutes. The bus stop (in both directions) is 2 minutes away.
You can ride the local buses for free with the Kurkarte. You can even ride to Salzburg for a small surcharge.
You'll find an inn and a bakery in the immediate vicinity. You can start beautiful hikes right from the doorstep.
1/4 hour by car to the world famous Königsee, 12/ hour to the Mozart city of Salzburg.
Getting there
Motorway Munich-Salzburg, Piding exit, on the B20 toward Bad Reichenhall/Berchtesgaden, via the Hallthurmer Berg to Winkl, through
Bischofswiesen and then about 800 m turn left towards Stanggass/Berchtesgaden In the Stanggass, right after the pedestrian crossing, turn left in to the Sonnleitstrasse. At the second opportunity to take a right, you'll find house number 26.

Wir waren dieses Mal bereits zum 6. Mal in der Ferienwohnung. Sie lässt keine Wünsche offen und stellt eine wunderbare Mischung aus modern, komfortabel, urig, nostalgisch und gemütlich dar. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr freundliche und herzliche Frau, bei der sich Mensch und Hund sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben füllen. Unser vierbeiniger Begleiter liebt sein Begrüßungsleckerli und natürlich die Spaziergänge rund um die Ferienwohnung, ob zum Kälberstein oder zum Böckl Weiher. Auch wir freuen uns jedes Mal wieder riesig auf die selbstgemachte Marmelade der Gastgeberin. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur jedem empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf weitere Urlaube bei Frau Brandner!
