Withdrawal/cancellation:
The tenant can withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the rental period.
The withdrawal must be declared in writing and becomes effective upon receipt by the landlord.
The following compensation is due upon withdrawal:
up to 90 days before the start of the rental period, 10% of the rental price, but at least the deposit.
up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the rental price, but at least the deposit.
up to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental price
thereafter, 100% of the rental price.

Getting there
After the border crossing Rupa (Pasjak) you will get on the E61 highway and drive towards Rijeka. Follow the first exit JURDANI and leave the highway where you choose the direction to the left and drive through After only a few minutes drive you will reach Permani and turn right towards Ružići. Follow the signs along the road to Villa Jasmin and you will reach your destination very quickly.
