The cancellation of a reservation demands the payment of the following penalties:
– 25 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified up to 45 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 60 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 44 and 30 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 80 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 29 and 15 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 100 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 14 days prior to the first day of the stay

Monte Grimano Terme is a small village located in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, in the Montefeltro area, on the border with Le Marche, Emilia Romagna and the Republic of San Marino. An excellent starting point for excursions in the nature, this country is known for its thermal springs with mineral waters attracting visitors all year round. A few kilometers outside the center there is the astronomical observatory Monte San Lorenzo, away from light pollution and therefore perfect for observing the night sky. Art and culture lovers can reach the city of Urbino with the majestic Palazzo Ducale, the republic of San Marino and the small village of San Leo with its famous fortress. Those ones who prefer beaches can reach Rimini, Riccione or Cattolica in just 30 km driving and experience the fun and summer events on the Romagna Riviera. Local cuisine in Monte Grimano includes typical dishes of both Le Marche and Romagna traditions, in particular crescia sfogliata, truffle, homemade pasta and cold cuts. Among the events dedicated to food there is the Black Truffle Festival of the Conca Valley in July, the festival of meat La Buona Carne del Montefeltro in August and the Festival of Pasta and Gourmets in September.

Its strategic position gives the opportunity to quickly reach the charming borgos of Le Marche hinterland as well as the beach resorts of the Romagna Riviera such as Rimini, Riccione and Cattolica and the Republic of San Marino, on which the property gives a breathtaking view from both the house and the garden.
