The villa combines the peace and calm of a country house with the comfort of being close to the seaside city of Pesaro.
It is on different levels and has been furnished in simple but functional style. On the ground floor there is a living room and a wide kitchen. Going down a few steps there’s the sleeping area, composed of a double bedroom with small balcony, a double bedroom with single bed and balcony, a twin bedroom, a small bedroom with single bed and a large bathroom with bath.
Fom the living room you reach the upper floor with a large double bedroom where it’s possible to add an extra single bed, a bedroom with three single beds and a bathroom with shower. Going up few stairs there is a wide relaxing area with sofas and tv corner. The basement of the villa is composed of a laundry area and a bathroom with shower.
The property is entirely fenced-in and surrounded by a lovely garden with around 30 olive trees. Guests can benefit of a porch furnished with table, chairs and outdoor sofas to enjoy relaxing moments in the swimming pool (Pool 9.5 x 5 - Depth 1,30 - Opening Period 01/04 - 03/11).

The villa is located in the city of Candelara. The history of Candelara is linked to candles after which this town is named. In the last weekends of November till the first weekend of December, in the occasion of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception the town hosts the event Candles in Candelara, the first market in Italy dedicated to candles, rich in shows, entertainment and specialties of the local cuisine. The market takes place in the whole centre of this charming borgo and out of its walls with more than sixty wooden houses where handicrafts of all kinds are exposed. Peak of the event is the cut of artificial lighting. There are two switching off, the first at 17,30 and the second at 18,30, each one lasting 15 minutes. From Candelara you can easily reach the cities of Pesaro and Fano, rich in events and festivals.
The villa is immersed in the beauty and nature of the Marche region. It is surrounded by olve trees and it is not too far from the seaside city of Pesaro, rich in events and shows, including the famous Rossini Opera Festival.
Main attractions within 100 Km are Fano, Ancona, Rimini, Cattolica, Gabicce Mare, Rimini, San Leo, Gradara, Riccione, San Marino.
A car is essential to reach the villa.

The cancellation of a reservation demands the payment of the following penalties:
– 25 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified up to 45 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 60 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 44 and 30 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 80 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 29 and 15 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 100 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 14 days prior to the first day of the stay
