Cancellation policy
The guest can at any time withdraw from the contract by a cancellation notice to the City Apart Dresden GbR prior to departure. Withdrawal must be declared in writing (email or letter). As cancellation date shall be the date of receipt of the cancellation by the landlord. The cancellation fees for failure to check amount after the overnight price in euros as follows:

29-24 days before arrival 20%
23-18 days before arrival 35%

You can make some horse carriage tours in the city centre. You can rent a rickshaw or make some guided medieval city tours.
A Trabant safari is some great experience too. This way, you will get to know the city and its inhabitants.
Holiday destination
The apartment is located in an exclusive position right in the city centre. It is the perfect starting point for excursions in and outside Dresden.
Sights such as Frauenkirche, Zwinger, Semperoper and others lie within walking distance. The central station is only some steps away, too. You can take the tram to Saxon Switzerland or to Meißen.
Elbe river is only some minutes from here. Make a tour with one of the old paddle steamer. Parents and children will love the zoo with the Großer Garten with pond and park railway.
There is so much to see and do in Dresden, so take your time to enjoy all of the sights.
Getting there
Coming from Autobahn A4, take the exit Dresden Altstadt and go straight towards Zentrum (city centre). Turn right at Pirnaischen Platz into St.-Petersburger Straße.
Go straight to the Parkhaus Wöhrl and drive into the car park.
From the Central Station on foot along the Prager Straßer until you reach Wöhrl shopping centre.

Netter Empfang durch die Vermieterin. Tolle Lage zum Einkaufen, da direkt in der Einkaufsstr. , kurze Wege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ruhiges Haus.
