Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock, was für ältere Personen oder Gäste mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen eine Herausforderung darstellen könnte, insbesondere mit Gepäck, da der Parkplatz weiter entfernt liegt. Abgesehen davon ist die Wohnung selbst in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand.
