The tenant can withdraw from the lease in writing. If the tenant does not name a substitute tenant, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-letting is not possible.
Withdrawal:
- up to 95 days before the start of the rental = 35% of the rental price
- up to 45 days before the start of the rental = 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the start of the rental = 75% of the rental price
otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental) = 100% of the rental price.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Wir waren sehr glücklich mit der Wahl dieses Ferienhauses.
Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern (5 und 2) einfach klasse. Es gibt viele Spielsachen und der Garten mit Klettergerüst ist einfach klasse. Kinderbett, Hochstuhl, Treppenschutz, es ist an alles gedacht. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und problemlos. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Liebe Familie Schulte-Nover
Wir hatten drei tolle Wochen in Ihrem Ferienhaus.
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung war in jeder Hinsicht gelungen. Insbesondere die Spielsachen für die Kinder und der wunderschöne Garten haben uns begeistert.
Der zweite Kühlschrank und die Waschmaschine waren für unseren längeren Aufenthalt praktisch.
In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen (sogar das Baby).
Das Kinderprogramm im Park sowie beide Schwimmbäder wurden von unserer 4 jährigen sehr gerne genutzt.
Wieder Zuhause haben wir uns einen Walnussbaum gesucht und versuchen uns nun an Walnusslikör (auf die Idee wären wir ansonsten auch nie gekommen).
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und bedanken uns nochmal ganz herzlich für die sehr nette Kommunikation.
