Our house is nestled amidst a magnificent mountain panorama.
With great care, we have tastefully furnished the holiday apartment to meet the highest comfort standards for you. The apartment can accommodate up to 9 people and offers 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. While you unwind in our infrared cabin or the whirlpool after an exciting day of vacation, the children can play in our guest playroom. Our lawn and small playground contribute to your personal well-being.
In winter, the ski bus departs directly behind the house. Our location provides an ideal starting point for numerous activities and guarantees fun for the whole family, both in summer and winter.
GUEST CARD BREGENZERWALD
The inclusive Guest Card is your "ticket" to mountain experiences in the Bregenzerwald & Großes Walsertal from May 1st to October 31st. It is valid for unlimited trips on the mountain railways, rides on public buses, and relaxing hours in the outdoor pools. You will receive the Bregenzerwald Guest Card when you stay three or more nights in the Bregenzerwald. It is included in the price of your accommodation.

Guests staying for 3 nights or more receive the Bregenzerwald Card: this means all buses, cable cars, and swimming pools can be used for free!!! Schröcken offers numerous hiking trails of varying difficulty levels. For adventurers: experience a canyoning tour, rafting, climbing and adventure park, tunnel expedition, and much more.
Our house is nestled amidst a wonderful mountain panorama, approximately 1km away from the village center, in the Unterboden district. Right outside our door, numerous hiking trails begin, as well as play and adventure opportunities for the whole family. The Bregenzerach river, a football pitch, the adventure park, and climbing garden are just a 5-minute walk from us.
In winter, the ski bus stops right behind the house and takes you free of charge to the "Ski-Arlberg" ski area.
You can reach us best by car. The roads are salted in winter and are in good driving condition. There are plenty of parking options in front of the house! The road between Lech-Warth is closed in winter!
