Our farm is situated on a south-facing slope, approximately 1,200 meters above sea level in a tranquil atmosphere, surrounded by magnificent meadows and in the midst of the beautiful holiday region 'Hohe Tauern'.
The holiday apartment is bright and welcoming, inviting you to feel at home. In addition to two bedrooms, there is a combined living room and kitchen with a dining area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
Our little guests will have a great time with us. Depending on the season, they can help take care of the small animals.

Our holiday farm is located in a rural setting. Nearby, you will find the two holiday destinations Kaprun and Zell am See.
Additionally, you have the opportunity to go skiing in the surrounding area. Five large ski resorts are within easy reach.
When time and work permit, we offer you a tractor ride to the Hochsonnberghütte, where you can visit the cows on the alpine pasture in the summer, and also gain an impressive view of the mountain ranges of the 'Hohe Tauern'.

Coming from Zell am See:
travel along the federal road B 311. The next towns are Kaprun and Piesendorf. At the end of Piesendorf, you will find the district of Walchen. Turn off here. From the small church, you will find signposts labeled: Oberhauser-Röderlehen or Jausenstation Naglbauer, follow these. From the Jausenstation Naglbauer, it's about 1.5 km, house number 17!!
Coming from Paß Thurn:
travel along the federal road B 311. The next towns are Mittersill, Uttendorf, Niedersill, and the district of Piesendorf Walchen. Here you leave the federal road.
