Holiday destination
The interior was renovated a few years ago. The area is quiet and residential and access to shops is easy (by car) because it is not obligatory to go via the seaside (often congested during the day in July-August). The house is cool because it is shaded by an old umbrella pine and it is peaceful. You can eat on the balcony (with a beautiful view of the sea and hills) because it adjoins the kitchen.
