Cancellation policy

After receipt of the first instalment, the booking is binding for both parties. Guests can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation in the 60 days prior to arrival, the guest shall pay an amount equal to the total price. In the event of no-show, guests pay an amount equal to the total price. Cancellation insurance usually costs 3% to 5% of the booking amount and saves a lot of hassle.
