Cancellation policy
1) Rentals are only legally binding with the written confirmation of the owners.
2) Rentals start on the day of arrival from 3 PM and end on the day of departure at 10 AM.
3) Unless otherwise agreed, the holiday home may only be occupied by the number of persons (+ number of pets) specified in the contract.
4) Cancellation of the rental agreement by the traveler:
In the event of your cancellation, you are entitled to appoint a replacement tenant who takes over the existing booking contract with all rights and obligations (rebooking). In this case, no costs will be incurred by you. In the event of cancellation without rebooking:
– up to 6 weeks before the start of occupancy, the deposit made will be retained by the landlord.
– within 6 weeks before the start of occupancy, if the holiday home cannot be rented out to someone else, 90% of the total price will be charged.
5) It is advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance in your interest.

We are located in the heart of the Cotentin and Bessin Natural Park, ideal for hiking, cycling, horse riding, fishing, or just relaxing and enjoying the magnificent panoramas in this unique, largely untouched landscape.
The nearest sandy beaches, St. Germain Plage, Creances, and Pirou Plage are 10 to 15 minutes away by car, but they are just a small part of this unique coastline.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in dörflicher Umgebung, idyllisch und ruhig. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und das Wohn- Esszimmer ist sogar für 6-8 Leute prima geeignet. Somit sind auch die 3 Bäder ein großes Plus! Die Gite hat eine eigene überdachte Terrasse mit Grill und Gartenmöbeln. Das parkähnliche Grundstück ist weitläufig und für Hunde gibt es ausreichend abgelegene Spaziermöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit und haben bei Nachfrage viele Restaurant-Tipps parat. Zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Sportaktivitäten sind in der Umgebung vorhanden, so dass sich jede Altersklasse angespochen fühlen dürfte. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt und haben unsere Zeit in La Pinerie sehr genossen. Many thanks to Dave and Jene - see you again next time! Kind regards Alexandra
