Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies are governed by the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB).
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the travel price. From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price. If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price, and 100% in the case of early departure.
We would like to spare you these unnecessary costs and the associated hassle.
Therefore, we recommend taking precautions for cancellations, early departure, and mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue) by securing yourself with the Hotelstorno Plus or the comprehensive Hotelstorno Premium insurance (including accident benefits).
