Cancellation policy
For cancellations up to 7 days before the arrival date, I will transfer the deposit amount promptly to the specified account.
For cancellations within 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the agreed rental price is due. This amount is to be paid immediately by the tenant. If advance payments have already been made, I will transfer the remaining amount promptly to the tenant's specified account.
For cancellations made outside this period, we will transfer the amount paid back to the specified account.

Moni's Holiday Apartment is located in the Selhof district of Bad Honnef. There is an industrial estate in the immediate vicinity with a variety of shops, bakeries and everything you need. Moni's holiday flat itself is on the edge of the forest and I have a nice neighbourhood that either leaves you in peace or with whom you can have nice conversations.
Getting there
Bad Honnef is conveniently located and can be easily reached by car or public transport. Moni's holiday flat has a car parking space on the property. Arrival by train, S-Bahn and bus is possible via the nearby stops (300 m "Bad Honnef Graben") or Bad Honnef Selhof Kirche (900 m).
