The tenant has the right to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. In the event of such a cancellation,

Cancellation 28 days to 15 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price
Cancellation 14 days to 8 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price

On a lovely walk to the Großes Meer (www.grossesmeer.de), you can experience the East Frisian nature to its full extent. There you can swim on the sandy beach, learn to surf at the surf school, or visit the small marina. Restaurants and cafés invite you to relax.
Trips to Greetsiel, Norddeich, or Emden are easily possible.
Holiday destination
The house is located in a holiday home settlement surrounded by A-frame houses. It is located at the end of a canal from which you can sail to Emden. From there, you can easily reach the North Sea. In the immediate vicinity lies the Großes Meer with its two neighbouring lakes, Kleines Meer and the Hieve. At the Großes Meer, you can enjoy many leisure activities and lie on the beach. It is popular with surfers and novice sailors because it is only about 1 m deep. In the near vicinity are the cities of Emden, Aurich, Greetsiel, and Norden/Norddeich with their many leisure and sightseeing attractions
Getting there
Binsenstraße 2, 26624 Südbrookmerland, district of Bedekaspeler Marsch
Car: from Emden take the B210 towards Aurich/Norddeich; after about 10 km, turn right towards the restaurant “Bootshaus”.
Public transport: from the train stations in Emden or Aurich; there is a bus stop only 600 m from the holiday home.

Host informationWe are Jeannine, Bastian, Nico (4), and Amélie (20). We live in Dinslaken on the Lower Rhine.
Due to the proximity to the A 31, we have made the North Sea and its surroundings our main travel destination.
For several years now, we have been travelling to Südbrookmerland near Emden as well as to the
Großes Meer and its canals. The relaxation factor is amazing. As soon as you look at the water, you’re able to relax.
About a year ago, we were offered this pretty little house, and we immediately fell in love. Our thought was: we can turn this into our little dream holiday home and let holiday guests share in it. So my husband and I renovated and modernised this beautiful little house with a great deal of passion.
Each room is furnished with as much attention to detail as possible in order to ensure that our guests have a wonderful stay. If you are missing something, let us know!

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Garten und toller Terrasse am Wasser.
Wir waren etwas über eine Woche da und haben jedes Wetter miterlebt. Die Klimaanlagen haben ihren Dienst voll erfüllt. Bei der Ankunft und fast 30 Grad haben sie schnell runter gekühlt und im Laufe der Woche bei 13 Grad und Regen wunderbar geheizt.
Unser 3-jähriger Sohn war total begeistert von seinem Zimmer (Fenster mit Sicherung) und den vielen Spielsachen und Büchern. Die tonie Box hat er zum Einschlafen genutzt und durch das vorhandene Babyphone konnten wir den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Wir haben zusammen gegrillt und sind mit dem hauseigenen Boot über die Kanäle geschippert. Es gibt einen tollen Gartenkamin und Holz.
Die Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet.
