Cancellation policy
Article 5 - Cancellation by the tenant: Any cancellation must be communicated to the owner by registered letter.
a) Cancellation before arrival:
The owner retains the deposit. He may demand the balance of the price for the stay if cancelled less than 30 days before the planned arrival date.
If the tenant does not show up within 24 hours of the arrival date mentioned in the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner may re-let the accommodation. The owner also retains the deposit and will demand payment of the remaining rent.
b) If the stay is shortened, the owner retains the rental price. No refund is possible.
Article 6 - Cancellation by the owner: The owner will refund the tenant all amounts paid and will also pay compensation at least equal to that which the tenant would have had to pay at that time in the event of cancellation.
Article 7 - Arrival: The tenant must arrive on the specified day at the time mentioned in this contract. In case of delayed or changed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Colmar sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist für 5 Personen eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns viele Tipps zu Ausflügen etc. gegeben. 100m entfernt ist ein sehr guter Bäcker.

Bei dem sehr günstigen Preis/Leistungsverhältnis waren wir erst etwas skeptisch, aber die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, ist funktional, sauber und hat einen gewissen Charme. Dazu einige Extras wie Garten mit Grill, Stellplatz für das Auto, Bäckerei und Restaurant in der Nachbarschaft und letztlich eine sehr günstige Lage für Ausflüge zwischen Strasbourg und Mulhouse.
Besonders erwähnen möchten wir den sehr freundlichen Empfang durch Frau Ufland, die uns auch wertvolle Hinweise für den Aufenthalt gab, z.B. wie man die Innenstadt von Strasbourg am besten mit P&R erreichen kann.
