The bathroom is equipped with everything you need for your stay, and the spacious kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy together at the dining table indoors or in the outdoor room. For sunny days or mild evenings, you can take advantage of the lovely outdoor room connected to the kitchen, where you can relax with a good book or spend time with loved ones while enjoying the beauty of nature. Outside the cottage, there is a large and lush garden, perfect for playtime or simply stretching out and enjoying the tranquility of nature. We ask you to respect the private spaces and note that the fireplace in the house is out of order and should not be used. The washing machine can be accessed from outside through the storage room to the right of the entrance. You have nature right on your doorstep, and you may even see a squirrel or two passing by. Just under 2 kilometers away, you have Lake Sövdesjön where you can swim and buy an ice cream from the small kiosk. It's an incredibly beautiful lake with a jetty and a small sandy beach! If you want to go on excursions throughout Österlen, this place is very conveniently located. You have the beach and outdoor swimming facilities down at Nybrostrand just a short drive away. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, dine well, or just stroll around. There's a highly recommended café down here called "Olof Viktors". A few miles away, you have Ales Stenar, Kåseberga, and several lakes for swimming and fishing. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to the charming island of Bornholm. Welcome to a place you'll definitely want to return to!

Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
