Cancellation policy
If the TENANT cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The date of cancellation is considered to be the date on which the notice of cancellation is received (if it is a Sunday or public holiday, the following working day will apply). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the full amount of the reservation.

Villa Casa Danijel is located on the edge of the village Babici, close to the town Kastelir in the hinterland of Istria and offers a beautiful panoramic view of Kastelir, verdant hills, and the sea. The house is just a 10-minute drive to the holiday resort Lanterna and the beach, as well as sports and entertainment facilities. The outdoor amenities of the holiday home include a 24m2 swimming pool with sun loungers, a summer kitchen with a grill. Thanks to the completely fenced 1000sqm property, guests' privacy is ensured.
