Cancellation is only valid in writing and free of charge up to 46 days before the agreed arrival day. If we are no longer able to rent out the apartment, the full amount will be charged at 100%. Cancellation fees will also be applied in case of illness. We recommend that you take out your own travel cancellation insurance. If the guest does not take over the apartment for the booked period without having cancelled, they are obliged to pay 100% of the agreed price.

Getting there
By car: Take the A22 motorway exit at Brixen Nord (Vahrn). Follow the state road to Brixen and then from the city of Brixen follow the signs for ST. ANDRÄ – PLOSE – AFERS (14 km from Brixen, 1,500 m above sea level)
By public transport: Brixen train station - Pick-up service from Brixen train station for train travelers
